Vetta Sports is offering free trial sessions of its expanded Kickaroos soccer, sports and child development program at four Vetta locations on Saturday, Sept. 8 and Sunday, Sept. 9.
Since 2000, Vetta Sports’ groundbreaking Kickaroos program has helped kids ages 18 months to six years grow their skills on and off the field. With every kick, pass and goal, these little soccer stars are not only strengthening their gross motor skills, but they’re also learning everything from sharing to socializing.
Now Vetta is taking Kickaroos to the next step by incorporating a nationally-recognized child development component into their curriculum to help kids succeed in all areas of life.
Based on the success of Kickaroos over the past 18 years, in 2018, Vetta decided to put a greater emphasis on the “whole child” approach to learning. The new Kickaroos program will include a focus on not only soccer skills, sportsmanship and rules of the game, but social skills, gross and fine motor skills, obstacle courses, tunnels, creativity and more.
The Kickaroos program is for ages 18 months to 6 years. Kids are divided into groups according to age, and will be for the trial classes as well.
Open Houses and trial classes will be held on September 8 and 9 at the Vetta Sports locations at Concord in South County, Soccerdome in Mid-County, Manchester, and in St. Charles. Trials classes are free but please register to hold your child's spot and reserve the time you'd like to attend.
